This is my second order from Blinds Chalet and I couldn’t be more pleased! I discovered them after needing some interior Roman shades this past winter. They had a huge selection of materials and colors and their prices were the best. They were also very easy to install. When we needed some sunscreens on our screened in porch, I decided to see what they had to offer. Their customer service is fantastic, as I had several questions that they answered easily. They sent me samples and explained what fasteners we needed. Their prices are the best that I’ve found and the free shipping is awesome too. The total wait time for the order was around two weeks - another great feature. We’ve had them up for a couple weeks now and could be happier. They look wonderful and are easy to use. We had a handyman install these since they were installed 10 feet off the ground and needed two people on ladders to hang them.

We needed window coverings for several windows in our park model. I thought that I wanted matchstick blinds, but could only find them in limited colors, if at all. That’s when I found these bamboo blinds. I loved the color choices and the fact that they would send you samples so that you could see the true color in your home. I also liked the fact that they were cordless. After checking the price with other companies (they were much more expensive), we decided to buy these. We couldn’t be happier! We installed them ourselves (which was also very easy), and LOVE the look! They operate smoothly and really give the place a nice, finished look! Would definitely buy these again.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
