The bamboo shades we ordered were delivered very quickly, they were packaged perfectly, we got about 10 packages and not one was broken or missing anything at all. The shades themselves were easy, easy, easy, to install. The quality of shades are first rate. The ones with the room darkening feature are even better than the wood blinds we had previously that were much more expensive. We could not be happier. We are, and will recommend Blinds Chalet to anyone in need. And the one I ordered wrong and needed to cut off an inch; Got it done fine with a dremel tool. I accomplished that only because the quality of the material with which they were made was such that it tolerated the cut very will, no splintering. Thank you very much.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
