Blinds Chalet did these blinds twice because I mismeasured. The blinds are lovely. They keep out the suns glare and really help when you are sitting by the window in the winter, I bought the lined shades. I have had them about 2 years now and they have held up very well, even the one that is pulled up to down and down to up every day. The cords have not worn down at all. They go perfect with our bearded dragons. I would buy again.

The blinds look even better than we thought they would. They create a lovely atmosphere when they are opened. They are a bit bulky when closed, but I don't know how that could be changed.

Really lovely! Awesome customer service - when the order didn't process correctly, they were quick to make the changes - even sending me an email on the weekend to let me know they'd put a hold on the order until they talked to me on the following Monday. LOVE the blinds working from the top and bottom.

First time ordering blinds on-line. I was skeptical..these blinds are of exceptional quality and extremely attractive..they add such richness to our morning room..being they are dark, we thought it would make the room smaller and it was just the opposite..extremely easy to install compared to the difficult time we had installing blinds in the past...the customer service is wonderful..we needs shades for our daughters room and we will definately be ordering from blinds chalet again...oh and I forgot to mention we could not believe how well priced these blinds are for the quality. Extremely pleased!

  • Shipping for warranty issues is the responsibility of the customer to and from the repair facility. Packaging on return shipments is the responsibility of the customer.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
