These shades are beautiful. We live on a lake, which can be very sunny. These shades prevent the sun from heating up the room and bleaching our furniture - but allow for the view of the lake. I wish we would have bought these years ago.

I wanted something that lets a decent amount of light through yet private enough so people can't see in. The 1% Open - Ivory worked beautifully. Everything from ordering to installing was so easy, and I'm especially pleased with the GreenGuard certification of this product.

Beautiful blinds. I ordered the 5% and I wish I would have ordered a little more of a light filter. It’s not bad during the day but it is obvious at night that you can see shadows moving about.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
