We ordered 10 solar screen roller shades. We put all 10 up in about 4 hours with good results. Product quality, installation instructions, and materials all good with one minor exception: The plastic connector that completes the control cord is could be improved upon.

I really like the shades. Although, I ordered 74 inches wide., and I wanted the shade itself 74 inches. When I received it the total width was 74 inches. Good thing I had room to spare, otherwise I would have sent them back. You need to make it very clear that the total width including end pieces will be the width ordered. Also, I purchased 5% open and the heat from the sun can still be felt halfway across the room. So if someone is purchasing them for heat blocking, 5% won't do.

The blinds are very high quality and easy to install. They are upscale and chic.

These blinds do a nice job of reducing the amount of light in a sunny room. I had hoped that the reduction in light would have a greater influence in the heat that builds up in the room during the summer months. Unfortunately, that is not the case.

That said, I am pleased with the purchase and I would recommend the product to others.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
