Love my new solar shade. Looks great, well made, easy to mount, you can feel the difference in the amount of sun pouring through the window with and without the solar shade.

I was firstly exposed to the Solar Screen shades at a very upscale home.
What surprised me and confused me about these wonderful shades is the ability for one to see out of the shade and enjoy a view yet the inability for those on the outside of the windows to see into the same room. It is no mystery, it is no trick, I is really true. They also significantly reduced the radiation of heat from the outside and decreases the fading of furniture and carpeting and bedding etc. I must add one thing. Be sure you get the valance at the time of purchase or a separate order is necessary and will be an extra expense, I adore these shades and the choice of colors is terrific. VERY HAPPY.

  • Shipping for warranty issues is the responsibility of the customer to and from the repair facility. Packaging on return shipments is the responsibility of the customer.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
