Again, excellent service and excellent product. I am from Michigan and though it says nothing about insulating, They do help with the chill in a room, I have 2 large windows in my bedroom, and they make it much more comfortable, and block the light so i can now sleep much better. My whole house has shades from Blinds Chalet. Thank you so much !

Very pleased overall. Product is good quality and attractive. However, these shades were for a shorter window (24" tall) and the chain operator is a little awkward with the 'snap link' passing through the jamb keeper. Taller shades would not be an issue.

The chain is kind of cheesy plastic and the knot in it limits how far up or down you can go, so a bit more length would be nice.

The chain is kind of cheesy plastic and the knot in it limits how far up or down you can go, so a bit more length would be nice. The distance away from the glass is too much, permitting light to go around the blind. I love the color and thickness.

  • Shipping for warranty issues is the responsibility of the customer to and from the repair facility. Packaging on return shipments is the responsibility of the customer.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
