We used our own screws to install the blinds. The ones that come are hex shaped, and need better tools than we own! They were easy to hang, and look beautiful!

I LOVE these blinds, best deal ever! They are of great quality and look very nice, I receive compliments on them every time some steps into my home. I purchased seven for my downstairs. I also love that from the outside at nighttime people are unable to see shadows through them!!

These blinds are so pretty! I am amazed at what a difference they made in our home. The quality is excellent and we are so pleased. The wood grain choice we selected makes them even look like real wood. They were very easy to install and the valances are so elegant that I haven't rehung my window treatments. Everything fit exactly as ordered with the exception of the den windows as we forgot to allow for the trim around the window. Easy fix as we removed the trim, installed the blinds and everything fit beautifully.

One blind header had a small dent on the backside of the header box, probably in transit, yet we felt we did not need to reorder...you can't see it.

These blinds are study, well built and we will enjoy for a long time. I have shared pictures and your website with others as pricing was AWESOME and the discount made this purchase a great deal!

Thank you Blinds Chalet. I know when we move to a smaller home as we age that if we need to purchase blinds, we will definitely come to you first.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
