The shades themselves are quite nice and work very well. The instructions were a bit too vague, we had to make some guesses, but it turned out OK in the end.

I love my cell shades! Have other windows I hope to put these on. The only reason I selected average appearance in review, is since I ordered black, and have no other covering on window I had hoped there would be no white on shade top. But, I still love the ease of use and the simple clean beauty of of my cell shades. That I could even order such a narrow shade for my side windows is amazing. Next ones MIGHT be up or down shades. Thank-you for the speedy delivery, I never expected them so soon!!!! Cheri A VERY satisfied customer!

Customer service is great. There was a mix up with my shades and they took care of the problem wonderfully. I would recommend them to anyone. The Premier 9/16" Blackout single cell shades are a great shade if you are looking for room darkening.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
