I was very pleased with the entire shopping experience. From web order entry to installation, everything was about as good as it can get. Choosing the right size and placing the order was a snap. The order arrived within the promised timeframe and the quality was excellent. I noted no flaws with any of the 7 blinds I have installed. They also installed better and easier than any blinds I have ever put up(which really surprised me because these had the top/down option with the bottom/up). The two slip/clamp-on holders that hold up the blinds worked great (my only negative comment on this is that I could only use 1 screw to hold them in instead of what looked like 3, but this was not an issue as the one long screw for each was plenty strong enough).
In addition, the fact that this was the least expensive from anywhere I could find on the web at the time made it one of those rare purchases where you feel really good about it even after it is all done.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
