So far these blinds are great, and as described/pictured. Easy installation and cords work well without snags or being at all irritating. Shipped very with all needed parts. Company was easy to deal with.

The double cell shades that I purchased are great. They have met my expectation. The only problem that I had was with the shades that I bought for my French doors. I purchased the shades with the continuous cord to open and close them. This is too difficult and time consuming, it's very hard to open and close them with this type of cord system. It should not be an option for a door or large window. I reordered another set that are cordless, they worked out perfectly. I will have to find a use for the continuous cord pair. Other than that one problem, I love the shades and would recommend them.

The shade is very nice, but the brackets for installation were a total pain...very soft metal that bent out of shape, the spring mechanism kept jamming, then the little spring would shoot out and I'm just lucky I was able to find them each time.

The shade is very nice, but the brackets for installation were a total pain...very soft metal that bent out of shape, the spring mechanism kept jamming, then the little spring would shoot out and I'm just lucky I was able to find them each time. It was VERY difficult to get the shade seated properly and every time I put it up or down, I expect it to fall.

I like the brackets on my Bali shades so much better, they were a cinch to install.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
