After replacing all the windows in our house, we discovered they were deeper than our previous windows and our blinds would no longer fit. We needed to have something with a very narrow bracket and weren’t able to find anything locally that would fit. After contacting Blinds Chalet, they said their 1” aluminum blinds brackets would fit. Being skeptical, since the 1” blinds we’d already looked at didn’t have brackets in the size we needed, we went ahead and ordered one set just to be sure. They were perfect! We immediately ordered the remaining twelve sets needed, but several different sizes. They arrived in the stated amount of time, packaged very securely and all clearly marked with size and location. We couldn’t be happier with our blinds and highly recommend Blinds Chalet! --

we love the blinds, great looking and good quality for the low cost. My only issue is with the manufacture time .... 3 weeks to build a small blind is excessive and we had no window covering during this time.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
