I got my blinds and I loved them! They had the right hardware and everything! When we first moved here in 04 I ordered one pair online they were so bad I went to Lowe's and got the rest, but decided to take a chance again online............thank you !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Might now replace a few cheap plastic ones I have........I'll pass this on to my friends!

The blinds are great. They are high quality and the best price out there and easy to hang. They are great for privacy when closed and when opened they make the room seem bright and airy.
I did alot of research before shopping at Blinds Chalet. I have recommended their site to people I know. The customer service is excellent, professional and friendly. Trust me, don't go anywhere else! And they have good sales too!

  • Shipping for warranty issues is the responsibility of the customer to and from the repair facility. Packaging on return shipments is the responsibility of the customer.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
