Q:
I was thinking of ordering the Premier 2" Faux wood blinds with the option of 2 blinds on a single headrail but was wondering if you could do a feature that is not listed as an option? I need to leave a gap of 1 3/4" between both blinds since I have wall space between them, is it possible? Please let me knowA:
The standard gap between multiple blinds on a common headrail is about 1/2 inch. This cannot be adjusted, however you may be able to mount 2 separate blinds at the distance you need and then add a custom valance that will cover both blinds. If you let us know at the time you place your order we can custom make the valance at no additional charge.Larger window blinds can be hard to lift, particular faux wood blinds that are heavier than real wood blinds. Not only does this make the blinds harder to operate but over time can wear the lift cords. To fix this issue, window blinds may be separated into multiple blinds and share a common headrail.
