Made in USA vs BABA Certification
While both Made in USA and BABA-compliant window treatments emphasize domestic manufacturing, they serve different purposes. Made in USA products are designed for consumers who want blinds and shades manufactured in the United States, often to support American jobs and craftsmanship. BABA (Build America, Buy America) compliance, on the other hand, applies to certain federally funded projects and includes specific sourcing, procurement, and documentation requirements. A window treatment can be Made in USA without meeting BABA requirements, while some products may qualify for both. Learn more about our BABA-compliant window treatments and the key differences between BABA and Made in USA window treatments.
