Draw Position
Select the side of the blind for the draw control location. The draw control is used to open and close the blinds.

For a cord control, the draw position will be on the same side where the blinds stack. For a wand control, the draw position will be on the opposite side of where the blinds stack.

The tilter control is used to open and shut the blinds. Tilter control options are either a traditional wand or a cord pull. We recommend the cord pull for easier use and durability.

Each of our vertical blinds are private labeled for Blinds Chalet. The standard controls come with a cord to draw the blinds and another to twist the vanes. We are located in Mesa, AZ.

My order worked out very well and i was able to install the blinds myself although the instructions weren't detailed enough to make the installation without the use of a Utube video. The inserts were a hair to long so i did have to trim them down to make sure the blinds could move freely.

Good quality product that’s relatively easy to install. Cord & chain controls are short (for safety reasons I presume). The size of blinds were cut to perfect dimensions. Very pleased with these blinds!

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address to return the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed 2-3 business days after receiving the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
