INSIDE MOUNT: Enter exact window measurements. Take NO Deductions. Factory Adjustment: 1/2"
Valance deductions(standard, non-cornice style): Approx. 1/8" shorter than measurement entered.
OUTSIDE MOUNT: Enter the size you wish the blinds to be made. See specifications for complete deductions or additions.

WINDOWS WITH MOULDING: If your window is encased with wood trim or moulding, SELECT "NO" for cornice style valance.

Note: Width and length measurements may vary +/- 1/8".

Depending on the height, the length of the blinds may be up to 1" longer to accomodate slats.

If you are mounting blinds or shades to fit within any openings such as between cabinets or walls use inside mount.

Specify the location for each blind so when they arrive they are labeled for you.

Specify the mount type of the blind or shade. Blinds can be mounted inside the window frame or on the wall or ceiling outside the window frame. If mounting inside a window frame ensure your windows are the proper depth to allow the blinds to fit. Outside mount ensure you do not have any trim or other obstructions.

Cornice Style Valance:

An inside mount valance with side returns creates a "cornice" style valance. The cornice valance offers a more elegant and finished look than no side returns. The side returns give the valance a three-dimensional, box-like appearance. The valance on an inside mount blind will be mounted outside the window frame, while the blinds remain inside the window frame.
Note: The blind mounting brackets may need to be moved for fit/adjustment.
