Multiple Blinds on a Shared Headrail
Because large blinds and shades can be heavier and more difficult to raise and lower, the 2-on-1 or 3-on-1 headrail option allows two or three smaller shades to share one common headrail and valance. This creates a cleaner, more streamlined look across wider windows.

A small 1/4" to 1/2" gap between adjacent shades is normal and required for proper operation.

Note: Motorized lift is not available with the 2-on-1 or 3-on-1 headrail configuration.
Continuous Cord Loop
This lift option has a looping lift cord adjacent to the shade. The fabric/material is narrower on the control side allowing the control to hang to the side without interfering with the lift of the shade. Shades with Continuous Cord Loop option may have a light gap on black-out shades.

Cordless Lift
Raise and lower your blinds without cords. This upgrade is great for homes with children because there are no dangerous lift cords. Not recommended for sizes wider than 96 inches. Each individual motorized cell shade comes with a remote control.

Note: Cell shade cordless headrails come with a white headrail.
Motorization
Make sure to order at least one remote or smart hub to control your motorized shades. One remote can operate more than one shade. Raise and lower your window shades with the touch of a finger. Our remote controlled shades use a radio technology system.
Top Down-Bottom Up
Lower the shades from the top or raise them from the bottom. This option allows you to do either or both at the same time. Lower your shades from the top allowing for privacy while the shades are partially open.

Note: Two separate cords on opposite sides of the shade. Can only come with lift cord on the right and the top down cord on the left.

Minimum mounting depth and flush mounting depth may vary by the lift control and other options. Please check our specifications based on your configuration.
Our standard lift configuration has the following minimum mounting depths:

Was looking for blinds for my big windows in my living room. Had tried several other companies, which said that the size was to big. We found Binds Chalet online and were happy to see the could fulfill our order. Was so tickled that the price was fantastic. Once our blinds arrived and we installed ourselves was even happier. Second blind was for our window up high in our living room. Was able to keep out the summer sun. Would recommend to everyone.

I was expecting a little different material for the room darkening shades. I think the cordless shade does not come down easily by using the two plastic handles. It goes up fine, but does not work smoothly going down.

We purchased these for our master bedroom and our daughter's bedroom. We were tired of the roller shades losing their tension, falling down, etc.

I measured and installed them myself; ordered them and paid online. I had them in 7 business days as promised. These are very high quality and were so easy to install. It took me about 5 minutes for each window, including opening the box. Mine came with 3 brackets each (which probably varies depending on the size of the window). Each bracket comes with two screws. After you install the brackets, you simply snap the top rail of the blinds into place.

The room darkening ability was very surprising. I was skeptical when I took them out of the box but after I installed them and closed the blinds, each room looked as if it were in the middle of the night instead of afternoon. The only light comes in from the cracks along the edges but we have curtains that cover the edges so it is extremely dark in the room.

Nine of the twelve windows in our house are now covered with Blinds Chalet products and we have always received excellent service, quality and value from them.

The only things you really have to be careful with are the factors within your control - colors and measuring. Always order samples (which they make free and convenient) since colors on computer screens are very unreliable. Always read the measuring instructions (because they vary based on the application) and measure two or three times to be sure you have the correct measurements. If you do those two things, you can count on Blinds Chalet to do the rest.

I highly recommend this product and Blinds Chalet to anyone.

What Is Covered

Our window coverings are covered against manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship when used as intended, provided that:

  • The product has been correctly measured, installed, and operated.
  • All Blinds Chalet guidelines regarding product limitations, maintenance, and care have been followed.

Who Is Eligible

This warranty applies solely to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.


Blinds Chalet’s Responsibility

If a covered defect is confirmed, Blinds Chalet will, at its discretion, repair the product, replace affected parts, or provide a comparable replacement.


Costs not included: The customer is responsible for expenses related to shipping as well as any measuring, installation, removal, or reinstallation services. Labor charges, service visits, and similar costs are not covered by this warranty.

What Is Not Covered

  • Damage resulting from accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  • Improper measurement, installation, cleaning, or maintenance.
  • Normal wear and tear, including fading, discoloration, or deterioration from sunlight or moisture.
  • Frayed cords, cord breakage, or reduced cord performance due to age or heavy use.

Fading and normal aging of materials are expected characteristics and are not considered defects.


Warranty Limitations

This warranty is exclusive and replaces any other expressed or implied warranties. No Blinds Chalet employee or representative is authorized to modify or extend these terms.


Blinds Chalet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use or failure.

Resolution on Warranties and Guarantees
  • BlindsChalet.com reserves, at its discretion, the right to repair, replace or refund any blinds found defective. Limit 1 remake per covered product.
  • If there are multiple blinds/shades in the same room, only the defective product will be replaced/repaired.
  • In the event that a product, color or product feature has been discontinued and it is no longer available we will provide a substitute product as similar as possible to the original blind or shade.
  • Shipping for warranty issues is the responsibility of the customer to and from the repair facility. Packaging on return shipments is the responsibility of the customer.
  • If a product or component has been discontinued, Blinds Chalet will repair or replace the affected part with the closest available match in design and color.

Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).
