I am very pleased with shades ordered. They arrived quickly. They were well packed. They were very easy to install. The top-down, bottom-up feature is wonderful and works smoothly. The shades fit the windows perfectly. The privacy liners are sewn with the edge binding which was a wonderful surprise. Last and certainly not least...the blinds themselves are simply beautiful. All in all...quality shades and a great price. No complaints at all.

This has been my third purchase of this product and every single time it has been a breezy to install. Based on the measurement I gave for inside window installation I got perfectly measured binds in the style and color that I ordered.
I work in the design field and had a colleague stay with for a few days. She LOVED them. I add this as those in the design field tend to have a more critical eye to products. I have worked in the design field for over 20 years and I am not afraid to tarnish my manicured hands to install these blinds myself. The satisfaction I got was quite rewarding to me. NO STRESS with having someone charge an inflated cost to put them in. YES I SAID THAT.

  • In the event that a product, color or product feature has been discontinued and it is no longer available we will provide a substitute product as similar as possible to the original blind or shade.
  • Shipping for warranty issues is the responsibility of the customer to and from the repair facility. Packaging on return shipments is the responsibility of the customer.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
