These shades are perfect for keeping the sun at bay. Outdoor kitchen faces west and the sun made it uncomfortable. With the shades we can use our new outdoor kitchen in comfort. Great product.

Our screen porch had several odd sizes and the blinds chalet had them. They arrived on time, nicely packaged, with easy install paperwork. The initial quality seems very good. Now we have to see how they hold up. I am happy with our purchase.

Have had these up two weeks. Seem very well made, look as good or better than the web photos. The chain mechanism to raise / lower them feels very solid and smooth. My only quibble is that I ordered shades 60" high, but the chain is only 48", requiring more times to pull it because it doesn't match the shade height. But assuming these shades will last ten years or more, I will be extremely happy.

I installed these shades on my screened in porch last week. They are very nice and not too difficult to install. Size was perfect.. on issues.\
I think the price was very good compaired to the name brand blinds and the quality was good. I would order again if I need blinds for my porch.

  • Shipping for warranty issues is the responsibility of the customer to and from the repair facility. Packaging on return shipments is the responsibility of the customer.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
