The blinds are beautiful and just the right size. Only two issues. First the rotator does not work; I haven't looked into the issue yet. Second the side clips for the valance are too tight; one snapped.

The blinds look great. Exactly as ordered. The fit is perfect and they were easy too mount and assemble. It looks like we had a professional do the job but we saved hundreds of dollars by doing it ourselves.

The Vertical Blinds we purchased were a maroon colored fabric. We ordered the Valance to go with the assembly. Installation was easy. However, the instructions did show a 2 piece wall hanger with wing-nut. The hanger we received was a single piece hanger. The 2 piece hanger would have been much more convenient in adjusting the distance between the wall and Valance. Other than that, the Blinds look wonderful. My wife really likes the color and perfect fit of the Blinds.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
