They are great. They really insulate from the heat- put on west facing windows in a hot climate. They are a total blackout shade and provide excellent room darkening effect.

These blinds were hands-down, the easiest blinds I have ever installed. They work flawlessly, and block out the light on those mornings you want to sleep in late ;) I bought 3 large, and 3 regular sized blinds for 4 bedrooms. I almost didn't get them, because I needed an outside mount, and was concerned that the "cell" sides would be seen and look bad- but after all 4 bedrooms are done, I can say they look terrific! Very nice product!

These shades are extremely easy to install and do the job. POSSIBLY some would prefer the external mount since that will remove all trace of sun. I did an internal mount but the resulting slight amount of light at the extreme edges is quite inconsequential.

  • Shipping for warranty issues is the responsibility of the customer to and from the repair facility. Packaging on return shipments is the responsibility of the customer.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
