We love our Blind Chalet wood blinds! It was so easy to order from you. Our product came sooner than I thought they would and were packaged so securely there wasn't a scratch. The customer service helped me at the last minute make an order change on the "tape" color and I'm glad she suggested the wheat color with the rosewood product. Thank you so much. Simply the best on-line ordering experience I have had yet. And the pricing was competitive, too.

Blinds look great and are very easy to install. Unless you're right next to the blinds you'd be hard pressed to tell that they are not real.

It isn't often that I get the opportunity to give praise about a product that we pay hard earned money for....But I must say that these 10 sets of blinds we recently purchased from Blinds Chalet are Excellent in terms of quality, preciseness of fit and ease of installation.   • Shipping for warranty issues is the responsibility of the customer to and from the repair facility. Packaging on return shipments is the responsibility of the customer.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
