I just received my Faux Wood Blinds, exactly 2 weeks after ordering. Here are my impressions: The blinds were very well packed -- they were in perfect condition upon receipt. The blinds themselves are very well made and fit my windows perfectly. At first, I was dismayed that there were no installation instructions, but after taking a few minutes to look at the hardware, I realized that no instructions are necessary - it's so easy a monkey could figure it out! The installation took less than 10 minutes per window. I'm glad that I didn't hire a professional to do the installation -- it really would have been money wasted on such a simple project. The only complaint I have is a minor one. I received my vertical blinds separate from my horizontal blinds -- different days, and from a different carrier. It would have been nice to receive an email alert saying that the order has been shipped, along with tracking numbers, so I would have known what to expect. I called customer service and they were very friendly and helpful. That is a very minor complaint, considering the quality/installation/price of the blinds are all superb. I wouldn't hesitate to order from BC again, and would gladly recommend them to my friends!

Love it! Love it! Love it! They look so good and I am so happy with them. They were extremely easy to install, and work just as advertised. They do not look 'faux'.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
