Allows light in but no visibility through the blind. The cordless lift and lower works great. These are in my kitchen so not having strings is nice because they don’t get in the way and nothing to get dirty. I found Blinds Chalet in an internet search a couple years ago and have been using them ever since for my personal home and some rental properties. Great quality, fairly quick and great customer service.

The blinds are really good in quality, however, they were a tad too long and so we basically just found a good spot that they work in for most of the day and leave them there.

The blinds are really good in quality, however, they were a tad too long and so we basically just found a good spot that they work in for most of the day and leave them there. Also, the color was darker than portrayed online. That, however, is likely a function of the computer and lighting that the blinds were shot in.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
