I loved the blinds! They were definitely high quality and the color was perfect. The instructions left much to be desired. They were only black and white drawings and I am used to reading the instructions. No problem, I just got online to your website, downloaded the instructions, then installation was a snap. I plan to use your services again as I remodel my home. Thanks.

I ordered a 3 on 1 headrail outside mount over all length of 136". They look great, wish they could of been cordless but not possible with that size (long cords when open). Still very happy with the look of them. I like how they snap on to brackets very easy to install. For their size very light weight, sturdy. Headrail not ugly, will look better when I build a wood valance to cover. A 136" valance isn't cheap, but diy variety will save me some money.

I had a lot of trouble comparing the hardware that came with the shades to the instructions posted on your internet site. The pieces didn't look anything alike and it took quite awhile to figure out how to install them. I actually thought I had been shorted hardware because the large brackets didn't seem to fit on the brace and there weren't enough of the spring brackets. I finally figured it out, but the instructions and pictures on your website did not help at all. They look good, but I can't have the blinds down with the window open or they blow into the room. Hadn't thought about that problem when I ordered cellular blinds. I had always had mini blinds that could be opened so the air could pass through the slats. Other than that, they look fine and seem to be well made although the black kind of seems less so when light comes into the window. They look kind of gray. The moral of the story is don't buy black unless you are buying blackout blinds.

No hassles, the shades arrived promptly, the color is good. Decent price, we are satisfied. The only thing I don't like are the instructions that come with the shades. These could be better defined, as I don't want to run back to the computer and print out another set.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
