The blinds were the wrong color. I ordered alabaster and they were shipped with dark taupe rails.

I ordered these in Alabaster. They took about 1.5 weeks to come and they hung very easily. I'm so glad I upgraded to the top down/bottom up option. I am very pleased and thinking about getting them for more rooms in my house.

The 9/16" Translucent Single Cell shades I ordered are perfect. I am happier with the sades ordered form Blinds Chalet than those I've ordered from local suppliers who did the measuring and installation when we first purchased and decorated our home and we waited a shorter period of time for the Blind Chalet to deliver our blinds than when ordering locally. The value, quality, and service received from Blinds Chalet cannot be beat. I plan on replacing several more window treatments and will use Blinds Chalet and recommend them to my friends.

Great shade. Blocks sun but allows light in (I got snow). Very easy to install, 2 screws then clicks into place. I got the cordless top down bottom up. Easy to maneuver. The pull is just clip on plastic though. The top is medium profile, doesn't stick out too much. Not quite as nice as hunter douglas ones I have elsewhere in my house, but not far off and decent product for the half the price. Received about 10 days after ordering.

  • Shipping for warranty issues is the responsibility of the customer to and from the repair facility. Packaging on return shipments is the responsibility of the customer.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
