Great blinds! Had a little problem getting the frame to hook onto the bracket. Also, I ordered three blinds with tracks but only got track sets for two. When I reported this I was told that replacement tracks were to be sent.

Your installation instructions should also come with directions on how to remove the blind once it is "snapped in" to the brackets.

Your installation instructions should also come with directions on how to remove the blind once it is "snapped in" to the brackets. I cannot get my blinds down now that they are installed. This is not user-friendly.

Couldn't be more pleased with our new blinds! The installation was easy because of the clever brackets which do not require excessive force.
The fit is perfect! The blinds arrived much sooner than we expected. Thank you, Blinds Chalet.
We are now awaiting our color samples to help us order 4 more blinds. Also, I found out that the "4 for 3" pricing does not require that all four blinds be identical.
Unbelievable price and the initial quality is the "tops". We'll have to see how time treats the blinds, but for now, we are extremely pleased.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
