Love, love this blind. Totally blocks out the sun but pretty as well.

I have ordered several blinds from Blinds Chalet, and recommended to friends and family. They are amazing to work with and the blinds come quickly and fit perfectly!

These Premier blackout Single Cell shades are excellent at blocking out daylight. The cells appear to have a silver lining inside each cell to keep out light. However, the directions that come with the shades are not very clear. Be sure to print out the additional directions from the website to help you out. The brackets on each end need to be sturdily attached to the wall because that is where you will be putting the stress of raising and lowering the blinds. Top down/bottom up shades are perfect on a window where you want some daylight at the top, but privacy at the bottom half of the window.

I am very happy with my purchase. The blinds are exactly as described and block out all light. They seem to be well made, and they raise and lower smoothly and quietly. There was a small glitch where some of the hardware was missing, but they promptly shipped out the other piece. Nice blinds and great customer service!

What a difference with our new shades. With them up, we slept 2 hours longer than normal. I even had to set an alarm for the next day! The blinds are attractive, and they were easy for my husband to put up.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
