Best blinds ever! We have had blinds like these from other manufacturers and they have not worked as smoothly or looked as good as these do. We love them! They fit perfectly and were relatively easy to install. We would definitely buy from Blinds Chalet again. Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful product. The top down/bottom up feature works well also.

These shades are great! We needed a good blackout shade that would allow my husband to sleep during the day. Blind Chalet shipped these out to us super fast...I will definitely be ordering from them again!

These are nice shades with a really solid feel and smooth operation. The material blocks out all light, but keep in mind, as with any inside mount shade, light creeps through at the sides. I really love the solid, high quality, all metal, spring loaded mounting hardware provided with this shade. It made mounting EXTREMELY easy and left a nice margin for error. I mean you would be nuts to pay someone to install this, even the least handy person on earth could do it. The only thing I do not like about the shade is the shiny silver material inside the cells - it is visible when you look at the edge of the shade and also on the bottom of the header when the top-down function is used. Otherwise a great shade, I am very pleased with my purchase.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
