Awesome black out shades.
The installation was easy. Blinds Chalet provides all the hardware needed. Just need a phillips head screwdriver. Cordless screwdriver is you got one.
The fit was perfect. I am impressed in the quality of materials and craftsmanship.I chose the cotton color. They look great from the inside of the house and from outside. I work nights and sleep during the day. No more towels and blankets covering the bedroom windows! I will be a repeat customer.

When I ordered my blinds over the phone, I chose not to have them take any off any of that measurement; I am so glad because they fit just perfect and let very little light in. I love the down from the top feature because they are in my bedroom and I would probably just never open the blinds due to privacy issues. Now every morning I open them from the top and the natural light pours in and I can see outside and still keep my privacy. The color I chose from the samples is perfect.

The shades are great, as usual - I love them. My only problem was that I ordered one with the pull on the wrong side! We are living with it! THANKS AGAIN!!

w/top down/bottom up..love them. Realized that cordless is not worth the extra expense because once the shade is set it won't be changed often. Had to prep my window for inside mount, then installation was quick. Didn't realize there is a factory deduction on width, but blackout is still effective. I would buy from here again.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
