I really like this window shade. It fits well, looks elegant, and was easy to install. Customer service was very good with updates, too. My only negative reaction is to the cord design: the little plastic gadget halfway down the cord cannot be repositioned along the cord. As a result, when the shade is lowered, the gadget reaches the top rail before the shade can be fully extended. It is, admittedly, a minor concern, but it would be an improvement if you could move that gadget up or down the cord, as needed.

I had my pair of blinds for 5 years in the bathroom. The string broke and I had to re-order. It was great to go to my account and find my order from then and just re-order what I had because you had it saved with the measurements! This was great! I did change the color! :). This was great, no muss no fuss. Thank you !

The four blinds arrived in excellent. The sizing was accurate and look great on the windows. Quality of products are great. Installation is a little hassle, especially on the larger sizes.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
