We are really happy with our blinds. The color is perfect & they fit exactly using the measuring instructions on the site. They were also super easy to install. We had more trouble getting the old ones down. We really love them. I do recommend getting samples prior to ordering. They give a good idea of what you'll be getting for color/feel.

I ordered these shades to combat summer heat and sun. Once hung, the instantaneous relief from heat was remarkable! I could stand in front of the window and not feel any heat. They block the sun but also let light through them. The shades have helped to keep the house cooler longer, thus saving costs on air conditioning. I liked the shades so much that I ordered more for the rest of the house. I consider these blinds an investment in saving energy and while practical, they are a very good quality and look lovely in the kitchen and living room areas. I was also pleased that the shades fit exactly the measurements of the windows.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
