I am an Interior Designer and recommend the double cell shades for the energy efficiency they provide. However I never really knew if this was a true feature from experience until one of my past clients, They live in a very large, fully tiled, many windows cold home. After installing the blinds down stairs last year they noticed a tremendous difference in the warmth throughout the home downstairs and a difference in their energy bill. So they call me back this year to remove all of the vinyl blinds upstairs and replace them with the double cell shades. Thank you for your awesome prices as well as the quality products you provide.

Using the sample service, we were able to match some existing shades perfectly. The shades are great insulators and function as described. Using the online installation instructions (the instructions sent with the blinds were NOT helpful), we hung the shades on our front door without any problems. The Blinds Chalet customer service was also very helpful in making sure we got the hold down clips that we needed. Overall, a great experience.

LOVE these blinds...I made sure to measure twice just like the directions indicated. I was too impatient to order samples...I wanted them now. So I picked the colors I wanted right off their color chart. Boy was I happy when they were installed. The colors were exactly what I wanted, even better. These shades were incredibly easy to install (70" wide windows). My boyfriend had all four of them up in about an hour. They work perfectly, the colors are great and the best part is that even if you sit in front of them with a light behind you, someone on the outside cannot see you inside. Total privacy. I highly recommend Blind Chalet blinds.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
