They are great shades the only problem I have with the manufacture is that they do not give enough space at the lengthening of the blinds so they do not fall flushed at the bottom instead they hang in the air.

They are great shades the only problem I have with the manufacture is that they do not give enough space at the lengthening of the blinds so they do not fall flushed at the bottom instead they hang in the air. Which result in that you would after installation have to take them back down and send them in for correction which is a huge inconvenience.

These shades were a bargain at 30% off. We live at 8,300', use wood heat, and always have a very cold bedroom. Thanks to a few energy-efficient improvements (one of which were the blinds); we actually get too warm at night. I'll buy again when we remodel another room.

Excellent value, good material quality, relatively easy to install once I figured out how to modify the bracket screws due to the reduced depth from my window molding.

Excellent value, good material quality, relatively easy to install once I figured out how to modify the bracket screws due to the reduced depth from my window molding. Nice neutral color that coordinated with every painted wall in my house. Easy to order and relatively quick order-to-delivery/receive process, except the website should more clearly explain the "3 Day Production" doesn't include a handling or order processing or whatever you guys are doing that is almost another 3 days long... set the expectations for your customers and out deliver your promise, not the other way around!

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
