I just finished hanging these shades. The "fit" into the brackets was a bit tight - made me a little afraid of breaking something. But I managed to get the hang of just how to force the piece into the bracket. They look wonderful. And I love the TDBU cordless.

The only complaint I have after using your company a few times now is that on the last purchase of the top down blinds I ordered with the two on one; is when it arrived they were not top down. I can't decide whether I made the mistake or if it was on your end, but when I specifically click on the order section for top down blinds, I don't think I should need to then make sure the little box is checked for top down. So I will have to re-order those blinds at this point unfortunately.

We are very pleased with these shades. The material is lovely and the top down bottom up cordless feature works very well. Previously we had ordered a set of these with cords that was 70 inches wide--this is too much width and weight for these shades to support--so be aware of this issue. Our (very large) order this time was for narrower widths (up to 35 inches) and these work extremely well.

  • Shipping for warranty issues is the responsibility of the customer to and from the repair facility. Packaging on return shipments is the responsibility of the customer.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
