The product is excellent and we're extremely happy with the blinds. I had a minor problem with the installation. I ordered two blind for Anderson double casement windows. We wanted to mount them inside the windows so I measured each window for an inside mount. However, I didn't realize there was a half inch molding piece between the windows. So, when I went to mount the blinds, I couldn't do so as the mounting brackets were too short when installed as specified. I tried online help, but they didn't have any longer brackets and they didn't have any other solution. I came up with my own solution. When I measured to install the brackets, I measured so I could install the brackets 1/2 inch further out than normal. It was a little difficult doing the measurements, but it worked out in the end. I probably should have gotten separate blinds for each of the windows. I could have also measured and ordered for an outside rather than inside installation, but that wasn't what we wanted. It would help if Blinds Chalet had either an extension for their standard mounting brackets or had installation brackets that are 1/2 inch longer for this type installation. Anyone ordering blinds for any manufacturers double casement windows will probably have the same problem. So, take extra care when ordering blinds for this type window. If not for this problem, I would have rated the ease of installation excellent as well. The brackets are normally very easy to install and it also usually very easy to attach the blinds to the brackets.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
