I admit I was a little concerned when I orderred this shade. It was the first time I orderred a window covering online. However, the shade fits perfectly and the color is lovely. The quality of the material is very high. I will always order from this company.

i'm Xtremely pleased w/the Quality & apperance of the shades, VERY VERY VERY UnHappy w/the measurements. i ordered 2, 32 inch wide, & received 2, 31 & 1/2 inches. ordered 1, 45 inch wide, & received 1, 44 & 1/2 inch wide. the installer, who took the measurements was able 2 complete the installation, BUT the 1/2 inch difference from what i ordered IS WAY noticeable. have a smaller BR & LR that also need NEW shades & was going 2 order again from u, but now i'm Skeptical. PLEASE advise!!!!! do u Always send completed shades, 1/2 inch shorter than the measurements sent in by the consumer?

After thorough shopping and comparing we found these to be top quality shades for the best price around. Being in the building industry we look for quality and value and we found it at Blind Chalet. These are actually a designer label without the label. Excellent response time for any questions we posed to customer service. Great product. We will purchase this product again from BC.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
