I was a little nervous about ordering and after placing the order and waiting for them to arrive I regretted not asking for fabric samples. I work for a company that makes several types of base fabrics for pleated and cellular shades for budget and high end markets. It was hard to tell exactly if the construction was spunlace. It was. These are exactly what I wanted. I used them for a bay window with narrow side windows and shallow mounting area so I had to have cordless and opted for top down bottom up as well. This made it more expensive but after hanging the blinds found the top down bottom up an asset. (cordless was free on sale). Cordless, top down bottom up works great. Only wish I had gotten off the bench and ordered during the pre-black Friday sale. Fabric is spunlace, pleats are crisp but the fabric doesn't feel paper-like. Very Happy.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
