I was very satisfied with my purchase of shades. They were very easy to install. I had no problems with my order and it was produced and shipped in a very timely manner. I will check with Blinds Chalet if I need any shades in the future.

I love these blinds!!! I have bought from this company at least three times. Each and every time the product was exactly what I ordered, The blinds come in quickly, carefully wrapped and properly marked. You can get free samples to check the color before you buy. I installed all of my blinds myself. The only slight critisism would be that the instruction sheet is minimal. Overall these are a great product and the company does a very good job!!

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
