These blinds are wonderful, they fit perfectly and were exactly what I ordered and the valance was nicer than expected. I installed them myself easily. They are heavy in my 80" window, for raising and lowering, but that works well because heavy wind doesn't even move them, so we just open and close them! Now I want them on all my windows.

I received my order in less time than expected. The product looked nice. The crown molding when assembled did not look perfectly mitered at the corners, but overall it was better than the typical molding trim. I shopped around quite a bit and these faux wood blinds are a great buy. I chose the option to have the pull strings to open and close the blinds. In hindsight, because I short, I should have gotten the rod to open and close since I can't reach the cords when I need to open/close the blinds.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
