3) The shipping packages were for the most part good; I liked the hard stock corner protectors. One set of two blinds were not in an overpack and had slight corner damage but easily hidden by the valence.
4) Quality of the product was very good.

I ordered 2" Faux Wood blinds for my entire house. They look even better than I expected! I am so pleased with them. Blinds Chalet was the best choice for quality & price, but their customer service will be the main reason I will recommend them. Laura in customer service was helpful in every way!

Not only were the blinds there in a flash, but they were a cinch in install and look great. I would highly recommend this company to anybody that wants window treatments on a budget. Had i gotten comparable blinds at home depot, i would have paid twice as much. Thanx again Blinds Chalet!

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
