I researched several companies before choosing Blind Chalet. The website was very easy to use. I bought the umber metallic mini blinds and they are beautiful! Much better than I expected. I highly recommend BlindChalet and I have already placed a second order.

To date I have purchased and installed 19 blinds in two different locations. The first 12 are in my own home and are several years old. They have held up exceptionally well and have met my expectations and work as advertised. The last set was installed three months ago. These are easy to install and arrived in a timely fashion and if you time your purchase to a sale, these blinds are very competitive.

We ordered 5 blinds, 3 different sizes, and all I can say is WOW, very rarely in life does something you picture in your head, come to 100% fruition; but these blinds are beautiful, cut to perfect size, easy to install, and maintain. All for an incredible low price, American craftsmanship at its best, thank you Blinds Chalet, great product, great customer service, and great pricing.

  • In the event that a product, color or product feature has been discontinued and it is no longer available we will provide a substitute product as similar as possible to the original blind or shade.
  • Shipping for warranty issues is the responsibility of the customer to and from the repair facility. Packaging on return shipments is the responsibility of the customer.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
