My blinds were perfect (especially for the price). The color was true, matched my stainless steel appliances and added a sleek stylish finish to my kitchen. The blinds are light weight. I did not use the brackets provided to hang my blinds so I can't tell if they would've been easy to hang (or not). But, from the looks of the brackets I feel like I would've had a hard time. I'm happy the blinds snapped right into the brackets I had in place from previous blinds.

We had a copper colored blind in our kitchen that's been there since we bought the house. When we were recently remodeling our kitchen, we decided to add another on one of the other windows. This was a tough find but after doing some research we found Blinds Chalet. The ordering process was simple, the product delivered in a timely fashion, and the finished product is beautiful. We had one minor issue with the order which they took care of quickly. I look forward to working with them again in the future!

  • Shipping for warranty issues is the responsibility of the customer to and from the repair facility. Packaging on return shipments is the responsibility of the customer.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
