This was actually our second order of these blinds, which is testimony to how much I liked them the first time. They do in fact block out light (especially with an outside mount) and the first set would probably have lasted more than 4 years if I hadn't yanked on them. Plus the team at Blinds Chalet is amazingly helpful with any issues you might have. I definitely recommend them.

Blinds were very easy to install and look great. The blackout feature really makes the media room dark and wonderful for watching shows. Price was the lowest we found after looking at alot of other companies. Quality of the blinds are top notch. We are happy with our purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
