I think there should be at least six screws provided to attach the brackets to a window frame: one screw for top and two screws for the side.

I think there should be at least six screws provided to attach the brackets to a window frame: one screw for top and two screws for the side. There were only four screws provided in the package.

Ordered 7 blinds, 2 different colors and 3 different sizes. They shipped to us in about a week and we installed them in about 2-3 hrs. Sizes were accurate and colors what we expected. I had ordered 2 blinds previously from a local retailer and it took about 3 weeks to get them and they were much more expensive. The ease in measuring and ordering these blinds was much better than going to a home improvement store. We would have spent more, waited longer and spent much more time getting them ordered. I will recommend Blinds Chalet, great product and excellent service.

  • In the event that a product, color or product feature has been discontinued and it is no longer available we will provide a substitute product as similar as possible to the original blind or shade.
  • Shipping for warranty issues is the responsibility of the customer to and from the repair facility. Packaging on return shipments is the responsibility of the customer.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
