I PURCHASED 12 BLINDS. ALL FIT PERFECT BUT ONE. IT WAS A QUARTER OF AN INCH TO SHORT TO USE THE HOLD DOWNS. I ALSO PURCHASED ONE EMBASSY AND IT ALSO WAS TO SHORT BY A QUARTER OF AN INCH. I WAS OFFERED TO HAVE THEM REDONE BUT CHOSE TO PURCHASE COMMAND STRIPS HOOKS. THEY ARE WORKING WELL FOR THE DOORS. I/MY NEIGHBOR COMMENTED ON THE EASE OF INSTALLATION AND THE QUALITY OF THE HARDWARE. THIS IS MY SECOND PURCHASE. MY HOME IS DONE COMPLETELY WITH THESE BLINDS.

I PURCHASED ONE EMBASSY BLIND FOR A DOOR. IT WAS A QUARTER OF AN INCH TO SHORT TO USE THE HOLD DOWNS. I WAS OFFERED TO HAVE THE BLIND REDONE. I PURCHASED A PACKAGE OF COMMAND HOOKS AND IT IS WORKING WELL. VERY HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT.
I ALSO PURCHASED 12 OTHER BLINDS. VERY EASY TO INSTALL. MY NEIGHBOR (A MAN) WAS THRILLED AND IMPRESSED, WITH THE QUALITY OF THE HARDWARE.

Loved the replacement blind for our camper kitchen. Our cat got locked in the camper for 48 hrs unknown to us. He is ok, but he destroyed the kitchen blind. Blinds Chalet made it simple, affordable and easy to replace the broken one. Five minutes installed or less. Snapped right into place. Old hardware that was up was completely compatible. Match was perfect on color.

  • BlindsChalet.com reserves, at its discretion, the right to repair, replace or refund any blinds found defective.
  • If there are multiple blinds/shades in the same room, only the defective product will be replaced/repaired.
  • In the event that a product, color or product feature has been discontinued and it is no longer available we will provide a substitute product as similar as possible to the original blind or shade.
  • Shipping for warranty issues is the responsibility of the customer to and from the repair facility. Packaging on return shipments is the responsibility of the customer.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
