Communication could have been better. I never received a confirmation of purchase after buying on-line so I had to inquiry about that and also had to inquire about an estimated build time.

Packaging was great, but despite that the operating wand on one blinds came with a broken hook so I had to drill the end out and then screw in a threaded metal hook I had to be able to operate the blind. They should not be shipped with the wand attached. It would be more convenient to have something to hold on to when lowering and raising the blind than just the thin bottom portion of the blind. Seems awkward to raise and pull down.

I needed 1 inch aluminum mini blinds, but in brown. I searched everywhere and all I could find was white. Blinds Chalet has brown !!! They are perfect. They arrived in perfect condition and were so easy to hang. I am more than pleased.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
