I already wrote a review! Your product is A+ but your customer service is crap! Shows how much you really care? If and you read my prior post, how about putting a rush order on those louver wands you never sent with my blinds? This rating is fir the product onky! It's ironic though...where's your rating category for customer service? I bet you purposely leave that one out cause in a word.. you suck. Again, the only thing that warrants these ratings is the product itsrlf. Everythibg else on the administrative side of the agenda is all downhill from there. I won't be comibg back here. I'll be heading over to blinds.com.

I came here because this was more economical that blinds.com. Whata mistake! I guess you really get what you pay for. My mesaurements were precise right down to the eighth of an inch (width) but still the blinds are short on both sides by about 1/2". Doesn't seem like much until your blinds start to slide from side to side when you pull the cord. Now, the blinds sat for about a week before I put them up so believe me, I'd have ritten this alot sooner if I had put them up when they first arrived. Oh, and did I mention...no rods for either 19" blinds. None! I'm literally standing on top of a ladder to close the louvers because there's nothing to turn them with. Where's your QC check out the door? Honestly, this exoerience was horrible. Period. Send me the rods (that I paid for) so I don't have to climb a ladder everytime I want to open or close the blinds.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
