I purchased seven of these shades years ago, and have always been very happy with them, so I recently ordered two more for another room. My husband is no longer here to install them, so this 81 year old with a tremor and her 50 year old daughter with neck issues took on the challenge. It seemed easy enough, and should have been - we could see how the brackets held the shades with a simple click into place. However, not so! We carefully followed the instructions, which said to use the holes on top with the screws provided for an inside mount. After getting the brackets all up, we discovered the provided screws' heads obstructed clipping the shades in place. So we had to get the recommended wood screws and reinstall the brackets in different places with new holes, as the wood screws are smaller in diameter than the others. They are up now, and I am delighted with them! Should have been simple, but for the instructions...

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
